Butterfly Counselling strives to empower individuals to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. Our team of experienced therapists are dedicated to providing tailored, compassionate, and non-judgmental support in a safe and understanding environment.

Hello I’m Fiona Goodwin-Lynch, founder of Butterfly Counselling Services. Butterfly Counselling was established in 2016, where I counselled children, adults and families, specialising in counselling autistic and neurodivergent children, young people, parents and adults.

In 2021, I set up Butterfly Counselling Services Ltd along with a team of therapists aiming to provide high quality psychological services. As a team, we continue to provide high quality counselling and support and continue to specialise in counselling autistic and neurodivergent children, young people, parents and adults.

Our aim is to share our knowledge and expertise with parents, carers and other professionals in order to support the development of skills and strategies needed to provide the best support for autistic and neurodivergent people.

All our therapists are fully qualified and are accredited or working towards accreditation with BACP/UKCP/BAPT/PTUK
