Counselling for Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Butterfly Counselling Services has worked with adult clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental differences for many years. As we have a specialist understanding of ASD, we structure the sessions around the needs of the client. With autism specific counselling, we can use different therapeutic models, as well as different communication methods to ensure a bespoke service for the client. We can also tailor the strategies and techniques to help clients cope with life events and everyday living, for example, social situations.

Butterfly Counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental and structured space for clients to help them explore their feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
