Butterfly Counselling Services have many years of experience providing specialised counselling therapy for autistic and neurodivergent children, adolescents, young people, parents, families and adults.

At Butterfly Counselling, we understand people’s differences, helping people with autism to navigate life in a neurotypical society in a way that keeps stress and anxiety under control. This can help to prevent long term mental health conditions.

College is a time when students not only have stress and anxiety academically, but also socially. When you are a college student affected by autism, day-to-day life at college can be really difficult, including sensory issues, change to routine and structure, and change of friendships and peer groups.

Each young person with autism is unique and because of this we integrate various therapeutic models of therapy. We tailor the therapy to the needs of the young person.
